Integrative & spiritually informed therapy
Healing is rarely one-dimensional.
I believe healing is rarely one-dimensional. An integrative approach allows us to consider you as a whole person and not just focus on one part of you: your emotional wellbeing, relationships, the body, personal values, life experiences, and, when meaningful to you, your spirituality and faith.
For clients who want to incorporate spirituality into their therapy, we can explore questions of faith, meaning, identity, purpose, forgiveness, grief, and connection with God in a way that respects your beliefs and meets you where you are.
Spirituality is never imposed; it is simply available as part of the therapeutic space when it is meaningful to you.
